Beef and Bourbon Dinner

Starter:    Phyllo wrapped blue cheese stuffed dates with bacon and whipped brie, topped with hot honey and shotito peppers

Main:         Slow braised thor's hammer beef topped with japanese tomato, served with smoked gouda mascarpone grits, tender asparagus,  roasted butternut squash with toasted spiced almonds

Dessert:  French meyer lemon tart with meringue and a spiced ginger crust
