If you're ready to wow your friends with new cheeseboard skills and get ready for the holidays, or just have an aesthetically pleasing Instagram feed, this class is for you!
We'll cover everything from how to choose your ingredients, how to cold smoke foo, dehydrate your own fruit and how to correctly fold salami (yes, there IS a way!)
