Join Us for a Hands-On Pasta-Making and Live Pesto Demo Evening!
Roll up your sleeves and get ready to make fresh Gnocchi the traditional way!
We’ll begin the evening by mixing and kneading our own dough from scratch. While the dough rests, Chef Beth will demonstrate how to make a rich sauce. Then it’s your turn—mix and shape and shape your own Gnocchi, which Chef Beth will cook and finish with the hearty sauce.
We’ll end the night gathered around the table, enjoying our handmade pasta alongside warm bread, a seasonal salad, and a house-made dessert.
