About the event
Join us for a hands-on evening of pasta making centered around one of our favorite filled pastas: lemon ricotta ravioli. In this class, we’ll make fresh pasta dough from scratch, roll it out by hand, and learn how to fill and shape delicate ravioli with a bright lemon ricotta filling. This class is beginner friendly, though it’s especially helpful if you’ve taken Pasta 101.
As always, the evening is equal parts cooking class and dinner party. We’ll cook and enjoy the ravioli together alongside warm bread, a seasonal salad, and dessert. Expect a relaxed, social atmosphere with plenty of guidance along the way, like making pasta with a group of friends, just structured enough to get dinner on the table.
