About the event
Inspired by the tradition of mezze, a table of beautifully prepared small plates meant for sharing, this class celebrates the abundance, beauty, and effortless elegance of plant-based cooking. Guests will enjoy light hands-on participation as they finish mezze elements with herbs, infused oils, and thoughtful garnishes, then compose their own elegant mezze plate to enjoy during class.
