About the event
Join us for an evening learning about breathwork and meditation as a form of self-care. In our busy lives, our bodies crave time to slow down and turn inward to renew our energy. In this class, you will learn about the benefits of these practices and be guided through a breathwork and meditation session. Notebooks will be provided for taking notes and journaling. This class will be led by Nikki Massa of True North Yoga. After burnout from a corporate career and as a working mom with two young kids, Nikki made a career change to teach yoga, meditation and breathwork. She understands firsthand the challenges of the busy lives we lead and wants to help others take time to care for themselves.
