Join Us for a Hands-On Pasta-Making Evening!
Roll up your sleeves and get ready to make fresh cavatelli the traditional way—with classic hand-crank machines and great company.
We’ll begin the evening by mixing and kneading our own dough from scratch. While the dough rests, Beth will demonstrate how to make a rich, flavorful Bolognese sauce. Then it’s your turn—roll, cut, and shape your own cavatelli, which Beth will cook and finish with the hearty sauce.
We’ll end the night gathered around the table, enjoying our handmade pasta alongside warm bread, a seasonal salad, and a house-made dessert.
