Join Us for a Hands-On Pasta-Making and Live Pesto Demo Evening!
Roll up your sleeves and get ready to make fresh pappardelle the traditional way!
We’ll begin the evening by mixing and kneading our own dough from scratch. While the dough rests, Chef Beth will demonstrate how to make a rich, flavorful pesto sauce. Then it’s your turn—roll, cut, and shape your own pappardelle, which Chef Beth will cook and finish with the hearty sauce.
We’ll end the night gathered around the table, enjoying our handmade pasta alongside warm bread, a seasonal salad, and a house-made dessert.
