Join Us for a Hands-On Lasagna-Making Evening!
Roll up your sleeves and get ready to craft a classic lasagna from scratch with fresh pasta sheets, layered fillings, and great company.
We’ll begin the evening by mixing and kneading our own pasta dough. While the dough rests, Beth will demonstrate how to prepare the delicious layers that make this comforting dish so special. Then it’s your turn to roll out fresh pasta sheets and build your own lasagna, carefully layering everything together.
Once assembled, Beth will bake the lasagnas to perfection while everyone relaxes and enjoys the aromas filling the kitchen.
We’ll end the night gathered around the table, enjoying our freshly baked lasagna alongside warm bread, a seasonal salad, and a house-made dessert.
